Spirits

A series of ceramic 'house-spirits' that capture the imagination; perched somewhere between the familiar and the otherworldly. 

The Spirits were inspired by 'Shape-Shifting Spectres' from various folklore. Originally cat-like forms, the sculptures begin to morph and transform and take on a shape of their own. 

This series was created in 2016.
