Policies

All ceramics are handmade so there may be small inconsistencies between each design. Often these ceramics are made as one-off art pieces, once sold out the same design may not reappear. 

Timing

All orders are shipped 1-3 weeks after placement unless otherwise stated- please plan accordingly. If you need your order shipped quicker, please email rosie@rosiebrand.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note when an order is made from scratch, as often is the case it will take at least 2 weeks to make and fire.

Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.  If you wish to return a product please inform us via e-mail before posting back the item.

Shipping costs will not be refunded, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your contact information with the return and provide us a tracking number from the courier.

If the product is damaged on return we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or damaged during transport, please immediately report this to us at rosie@rosiebrand.com and we will organize a replacement for you if possible.

International Orders

If you would like to return an item that has been shipped internationally, please clearly mark on the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges.

We are not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed Orders

For packages that are not collected at your post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you for a handling fee to cover return shipping.
